Michaels 7th Birthday gifts "refused"

On August 30th 2013 I Jonathan stoker michaels father sent a fed ex package to my son with his birthday gifts inside This package was REFUSED and not allowed to be delivered. Fed Ex tracking number (796586841636) , silvia elena beristain najera has not permitted or allowed myself or my family (his grandparents to speak or have any contact with him for over 1 year now) His grandmothers birthday was a few weeks ago and silvia did not allow michael to even call or send a card to his grandmother. She has taken him from our family and his chance to have a normal life. Michael has a father and grandparents that love him so much and each day he is kept from having that , we are losing a day of our lives to share that joy and love. i am posting the pictures of the gifts that my son should have recieved , i hope someday michael you will know your father and your grand parents have always been here for you. Your Mother(silvia elena beristain Najera) and Her family have been keeping you from being able to see Your father and grandparents. This site is so that they can never lie to you again and keep you from knowing what really happened.  I love you michael and i will never give up to hug you again and tell you i love you in person. your my best friend..i miss you more than words can express...your father
